Horrible!! Took almost a week and a half just to process the order then they use *** UPS for shipping and my package goes from Secaucus, NJ (4miles away) to Illinois! As big of a name as Tommy Hilfiger is you would think they would use a more responsible & credible shipping company. Never again. Shouldn't take almost a month to process & receive a package.

Terrible website and customer service!!!! Items show they are available and then they send an email 24 hours later stating it's cancelled while it's still available online. Calling or emailing customer service is even worse since they don't even care about your issue and keep changing their reasons why my order was cancelled! !!

I had a horrible experience with Jeff (so called manager ) @ rosemont outlet mall in Illinois . He was very rude & unprofessional . Will never shop @ Tommy again due to his ignorance .
