I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger purse on 5/27/2021 and I am very disappointed with the bag.

The purse did not have ample space for cell phone and when I added my wallet and a couple more things I needed the purse was shapeless and did not hang properly and was cheap looking. The upc# on the purse is 0087-6341-****.

Burloak on wyecroft

Can't wear mask bcuz of health condition. Dialed the bylaw officer who spoke to the manager but she didn't care said i wasnt allowed. Am going to get police involved, by law officers, and the press.

I bought a wallet in October and did not use it until today (1st Mar 2020) , When I opened the wallet, wallet was scuffed from both the sides. I have not even started using the wallet. Please look into this. I can send you pictures of the wallet as well. I am feeling so disappointed. I was excited when I bought the wallet as my entry to one of my fav brands but looking at the wallet now, it feels so bad. I am losing my trust in TH.

Problem with purchase

Well approx. 11/2 years ago I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger jacket since then the store is no longer open and the collar is coming completely apart mind you I have only worn this jacket 2 dozen times, and I take care of my clothes. Complaint

Hi im contacting you all because i just came to Tommy Hilfiger in Simpsonville ky and i called two days ago to ask of i could do my exchange and see if they still had a sell going on and i asked what was there hours for today which is sunday jan 17th and i arrived at 5pm there was a sign that said they wouldnt open up to later but i knocked on the door and asked the fella are they suppose to close at 6 he said that they where not opening up for the day so im upset because i drove 50 mins to this location for them to not be open. I wasted my time and my gas.

My boot cut Tommy Hilfiger jeans which i bought from your authorised store at DLF The Mall of India, sec 18 Noida. Got ripped just below the front loop like a paper sheet. I bought it on full price and wore it twice. I am really disappointed with the quality. Don't know what can be done please help.

Still no further forwardThe customer service keeps repeating the same as the previous but nobody is progressing to solve the problem or refund me.

Had a complaint regarding a purchase where the wrong sized were put in the pack, a customer rep has authorised a refund but Ive emailed for weeks and nobody is replying, I cannot call as Im in the uk (purchase was made whilst on holiday hence why its the USA customer service I contacted.
