Dear Tommy Hilfiger Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding Myntra, your co-partner for online sales in India. I recently purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Mens Round Neck Cotton T-Shirt from Myntra as a gift for my friend.
Trusting the brand, I did not open the packet and directly sent it to Thailand. However, to my shock and embarrassment, when my friend opened it, he found a used, dirty, and foul-smelling ladies' kurti inside instead of the T-shirt I had ordered.
This is nothing short of fraud and cheating, and it has left me feeling ashamed and disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a wedding anniversary gift. To make matters worse, Myntras customer service has refused to provide any resolution, showing a complete lack of responsibility.
As a loyal customer of Tommy Hilfiger, I urge you to take immediate action against such unethical practices by Myntra.
This not only affects customers but also damages your brand's reputation. I hope you will address this matter seriously to maintain the trust and credibility associated with Tommy Hilfiger.

Verified Buyer |Wrong item and bad services
So i'm from Portugal so excuse if some things are wrong. I have ordered women's shoes size 37 (price 107) and received men's shoes size 45.
So thinking that such a famous brand would have a good service, I explained my problem on the website, and received an email asking for pictures and proof. After doing what was asked of me, I received and email from a different contact from TH saying that I'm doing nothing about my problem, and they are going to cancel my request. So I sent another email explaining that was wrong.
Then they emailed me saying that they canceled my request so me being furious I sent another message on their website. Now I'm waiting for an answer from them, and honestly I just want my money back, since those shoes were supposed to be my mom's Christmas gift.
One thing if for sure, i'm not going to buy anything from them again, NEVER.

I ordered a medium blue short sleeve shirt with Tommy written on it and logo on 6/18/24, and they sent me a white t-shirt with only a tiny Tommy logo on it. When I emailed customer service, they instantly treated me like I was a liar.
They kept going back and forth with me, making me jump through hoops trying to get my refund. After I sent pictures and everything they requested, they now wanted a code number on a tag. When I told them there was no tag on the shirt when it arrived, they more or less called me a liar. After sending four emails to this joke of a company, they still refused to send a refund - and the total involved here was only about $40.
They were acting like it was a purchase worth thousands of dollars. Do not do business with this company; their customer support is absolutely terrible.
It's so bad it's hard to believe I was dealing with a so-called legitimate company. It felt like I was doing business over some shady Facebook Marketplace or like I was dealing with someone on the street.

Pathetic Customer care & Poor quality of Luggage

I hope youre doing well. I spoke with Deepak, and it was arranged that I would visit the CP Outlet on the 13th or 14th of September.
As you know, I am currently traveling overseas, and to my surprise, my large-sized luggage has broken during transit.
This situation has raised serious concerns about the quality of the product. Tommy Hilfigers reputation is well-established, which was a key reason for my purchase. Additionally, two of my friends also bought the same luggage based on my recommendation, but unfortunately, it failed during its third use.
I handed over my luggage, which had a very light weight, to the Indigo counter at Delhi airport, and I received it with a broken handle at Colombo airport. Surprisingly, Indigo does not have a policy for handling claims related to broken luggage handles, which has left me in a difficult position.
I am unsure whether to address this with Indigo or to question the quality of Tommy Hilfiger luggage, as I had a great experience with Lacoste luggage previously.
I am sharing the latest pictures of the damaged bag along with the complaint acknowledgment from Indigo.
My small query, which I have already raised earlier, is whether my luggage will be repaired under warranty or replaced entirely? If it is to be repaired, will it be free of charge?

The company did not get back to me. Poor customer service.
My daughter bought me a hoodie and sweater for Christmas. I lost the gift receipt for the hoodie.
Drove 30 miles to Pickering but that store didnt have my size but told me to go to Fairview Mall store to exchange. Drove 60 miles to the store but they would only refund the sweater and not exchange the hoodie as I lost the receipt. Spoke with the manager who was rude and would not help a senior at all.
I will never go into that store again such poor customer service. I will let everyone know what happened.

Horrible customer service
I ordered online and paid for a 2-day shipping since I need the items right away. After 2 days I checked the tracking and it says it will after in 3 days which will make it to 5 days shipment.
I called customer service. I told her my concern and without even asking me with my order number she told me that paying for 2 days of shipping doesn't mean your item will
Arrived in two days since the processing will already take 2 days. She said I should wait for another 2 days before my items will arrive. So what's the use for me paying extra $24 for shipping when I would receive my items in 5 days?
She didn't even apologize and was so rude.
I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it and hung up the phone on me. Such a terrible customer service!!!
Damaged socks
Bought several pairs of socks almost every one the toe is coming apart.Bought at outlet store in Florida .Really like the design with the writing around top part or sock but wasnt made good.

Tommy just released their new return policy in Jan 2024 where only unused clothing with original tag and receipt can be returned. I went to the store with original receipt and the unused item, and Ive been told I need to bring my tag as well.
This is not listed in the original receipt for the return policy.
Also one of the strictest return policy Ive ever seen. Its more like telling you never to return anything as our strict rule will forbidden it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I spoke to the customer care and sent my payment details and the product photos , within 3-4 working days , I got my full refund. I strongly recommend Tommy Hilfiger to all my friends and relatives
I bought this from Heartland town centre mall, Mississauga, Canada. After two months one of the earbud switch button is not working and I went to the showroom and complained.
They asked me to call the customer service. For the past two months Im trying to reach their customer service and email , no response at all.
Now they gave Ma another email Id to follow it up , I dont know the out come, let me email them and see what happens. No proper customer service from them.
