Tommy Hilfiger - Terrible Product, Terrible Service, DO NOT BUY
Purchased a pair of Tommy sunglasses for $99 and withing an hour the plastic frame snapped around the lens! I couldn't take them back as I was already at the airport departing.
I contacted Tommy UK and they didn't give a ***. I tried to charge back but (stupidly) purchased on a debit card rather than credit card. I feel like they have stolen from me. I'm angry and disappointed and guarantee I will, one day, return and seek my sweet revenge on this unscrupulous retailer.
In the meantime I urge customers not to buy from them. The quality of their goods (all made in China) is poor, the pricing high and their aftersales atrocious.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $99.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
