I order my clothing from them all the time. Its not only first.

It always happens with me. I can give you the screen shots from whole last year. But this time this is beyond the joke. I have lost my patience.

Hate this blackmailing. Ordered clothes and some accessories for a present for someone's birthday. They said that it will be with you in next 2 to 3 business days. After three days i tried to contact , the customer services guy said that he won't be able to say me that where is my order and when it will arrive.

He can only insure me that it hasn't left their warehouse. Can you believe that how frustrating this thing is ? You have paid more that £100 for something. On delivery day , they will say you that they don't know when it will arrive.

Just keep waiting for an uncertain time. lol. What sort of rubbish company and customer service is that ?

My recommendation is never ever buy anything from them. They are blackmailer.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service, Being dissappointed, Hassle to get what i ordered, Over the phone attendants are the worst you can find.
